Eastern Trend Collective: Wholesale Policies

Ordering Process:

Once you are interested in setting up a wholesale purchase, email me @ [email protected] and I will send over a price order sheet. Once the sheet is complete, I will provide a total cost and an accurate lead time estimate, within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

Minimums:

At Eastern Trend Collective, our wholesale opening order minimum starts at $100. Re-order minimums are $75. 

Payment methods & terms:

Our preferred payment is PayPal and payment is due before shipping on the first order.  A PayPal invoice will be sent after the order form is completed by the buyer.  After the first order, Net 30 options can be discussed. We also accept Dwolla payments. Our payment information is available on every invoice. 

Lead Time

Lead time varies for each product and the amount desired. Because of the handmade and customized nature of many of our products the typical lead time for wholesale orders are between 7-10 business days. If rush orders are needed, please contact us for inquiries. 

Shipping:

We can provide shipping estimates after the quantity and contents of an order are confirmed. All shipping prices are a set price for all 50 states but change depending on product and quantity. Automatically, we ship though USPS: Priority Mail but can accommodate the buyers requests.

We also provide drop shipping on customized orders such as our hand lettering signs. Contact me at @ [email protected] for drop shipping prices, prices are determined by region. 

Customized Samples:

Our hand lettered initial signs can be purchased customized or selected letters. A sample can be provided at the retail price and the buyer covers the shipping cost. A display easel is provided free of charge. Flat rate shipping for one sample is available

Returns:

Only defective items can be returned, within 5 days of receipt. And the buyer must notify the seller of the return before it is shipped back.

Buy Back Policy:

Due to the types of products we provide, we do not provide buy backs. To keep our products relevant to the seasons and our prices low we do not provide a buy-back option. 

Please Note:

All items are hand made or hand treated. Each item is different and unique and slight variations may occur in the organic materials used. 

Eco Commitment

All materials used are made or harvested in the US or Canada. All packing materials are recycled and recycled materials also made in the US. It is important for us to reduce waste and to re-use shipping materials for a better world. We buy from local businesses and eco-responsible suppliers throughout the United States.
